Testimonials
When I first came to Linley I was a bundle of nerves and constrained by
years of rigid classical training. In just a few lessons Linley had started to
coax out the jazz singer that I never knew was there. The transformation was
astonishing. I have not only gained the confidence to get out there and do
regular gigs across London, but have also gained a close friend. Linley has
helped me to discover my true voice![]()

Linley has been a complete inspiration to me. Not only has she helped me take my singing to a new level but with her encouragement and expert
tuition has given me the confidence to fufill my dreams of becoming a singer.
She has organised two very successful gigs for me and has inspired me to
write and perform my own original compositions. Thanks Linley, you’re a real
gem![]()

I have been having jazz singing lessons with Linley for more than three years now. In that time she has helped me develop my vocal technique and
my confidence and has given me an altogether more powerful delivery. She is
generous with her time and expertise, giving each student the benefit of her
full attention, analysing weaknesses and suggesting solutions.
Anyone who wants to learn to sing (whether jazz or other repertoire) or
simply to develop their skills as a vocalist, will find Linley unfailingly
encouraging and an unusually skilled teacher. Her exceptional abilities as a
performer inevitably feed into her teaching and can only be a source of
inspiration for her students![]()
